Qld: Man shot in Rockhampton street
A man is recovering in Rockhampton Hospital on the central Queensland coast after being
shot in the back and legs last night.
Police say officers were called to the shooting at 10.30pm (AEST) in Rush Street, Rockhampton,
and found the wounded man sitting semi-conscious on the road.
He was taken to hospital where he's reported in a satisfactory condition this morning.
Two men are still being interviewed today and police are treating the incident as an
attempted murder.
No charges have yet been laid.
